Technical drawings are coming together, and parts fabrication is commenced.
On picture left some parts – as a scale there is a normal ball point pen.
The process starts of from lathing out the blanks and the cutting the leaf. After these steps the accurate dimensions are cut in a lathe and the part is fully polished.
Challenging to fabricate and needs total concentration to complete - to say.
Below updated drawings of the dial side and back side of the Resonance watch. Watch size is very comfortable in 38 mm diameter. Early indicates of the lightness of the watch is the weight of the body parts (back bezel, center and front bezel) - something like 12 grams only. Very interesting indeed !
